// UNIT CB-204 · BENCH 3 · SIGNED BY M. ZIELINSKA
Three photographs, taken on the packing table the day the unit was listed. Nothing is a stock image and nothing has been retouched — the marks you can see are the marks that are on it.
A 1983 mono synthesiser stripped to the board, recapped, re-bushed and run for two hours at full load. Sold with the test sheet that came off that run.
The last job on this unit — a fuse holder reflowed on bench 3 the morning it was packed.
// CARTON CONTENTS
Packed weight is 6.8 kg. The outer carton is double-walled and the unit is suspended on foam so nothing touches the wall.
Carton dimensions are 620 × 420 × 180 mm, which is inside every courier's standard band, so there is no oversize surcharge anywhere we ship. If you are collecting in person we hand it over unboxed with the foam folded flat, and you can play it at the counter first.
// READOUT
Measured on bench 3 at 23 °C after the two-hour soak. The draw figure is the average over the last thirty minutes of that run, not a figure off a label.
The moment you reserve, this unit comes off the shelf count and a payment link lands in your inbox. Nothing is charged until you follow it, and nobody else can take the unit in the meantime.
Forty minutes on the rack, a wipe down, your plug fitted, and a photograph of the unit as packed. That photograph goes in the dispatch email with the courier tracking number.
Send it back in the carton it arrived in. You pay the return label, about 35 zl in Poland; if it developed a fault, we pay and the refund clears within three working days of it reaching the bench.

All 37 bushings were replaced, so there is no side wobble on any key. Three white keys carry visible playing marks on the front edge, photographed in slide two. Velocity response was matched across the board to within 4 units of the scale.
Yes, over MIDI clock on the DIN input. It follows start, stop and continue, and holds tempo to within 1.5 ms of the host across a four-minute test. There is no USB on this generation, so you need a DIN interface at the computer end.
Every electrolytic capacitor on the power and voice boards, the mains fuse holder, all 37 keybed bushings, both output jacks and the pitch wheel potentiometer. The filter chips and the keyboard scanner are original and tested good. The full parts list is on the test sheet.
Come to the counter at ul. Rusalka 12 any time between Tuesday and Saturday and we will have it powered on with headphones. If Lublin is too far, ask for a video: we record a four-minute pass through the patches with whatever you want to hear.
The warranty runs 24 months from delivery, so year two is still covered for parts and labour on anything we touched. We send a courier, fix it, and send it back. After the 24 months you still get priority in the repair queue and the bench rate stays at 180 zl an hour.
// STILL DECIDING
Tell us what you already own and what the CB-204 would be doing in that setup. If it is the wrong unit for you we will say so and point at the right one, including the ones we do not stock.
